OBJECTIVE

 

WeVysya Meeting's objective is to help members expand their businesses by offering a structured, positive, and professional networking program. This program allows members to create long-term relationships with other quality business professionals. By doing this, we hope to see our members succeed in meeting their business goals!

 

SCOPE

 

This policy is applicable to all WeVysya meetings across the globe.


 

POLICY GUIDELINES/PROCESS

 

HIGH-LEVEL  MEETING AGENDA

 

  1. Open Networking: Members, Visitors, and Guests can get coffee and tea while networking.
  2. Welcome with Vasavi Shloka.
  3. Leaders' Introduction.
  4. WeVysya's Mission and Overview.
  5. Introduction to Management team.
  6. Nuggets Session.
  7. Oath of New Members (if Any)
  8. Super-Min presentation.
  9. Visitor Membership Information.
  10. Super Member Presentation.
  11. WeVysya Appreciation Time.
  12. Announcements.
  13. Leaders Talk.
  14. Vande Mataram.
  15. Close meeting (and conduct visitor orientation).

 

WeVysya Approved script is a must to run meetings, and deviations are allowed only in timings and not in any other matters.

MEETING SEATING

 

  • All meetings - Always U Shape.
  • Head Table: PST.
  • President: Middle.
  • Secretary: Left side for President.
  • Treasurer: Right side for President.

 

If the house is larger and challenged with the venue, change to cluster seating only as an exception and always try to do U-shape meetings. 

 

HEAD TABLE SEATING

 

Based on Attendance:

  • 20 Members Meeting: PST.
  • 30 Members Meeting: PST+ZP.
  • 40 Members Meeting: PST+ZP+SP.
  • 50 Member Meeting: PST+ZP+SP+ GVP
  •  

Global President is mandatory Head table except for Primary House, and Speaker/VIP can be arranged at the head table once/per year.

 

MEETING CUSTOMIZATION

 

DO’s

 

  • Large Meeting Seating if the venue has challenges.
  • The script can be altered for Super Minute Presentation to 15 secs, 30 secs or 45 secs.
  • Super Member Presentation to 2/3/4/5/6 Mins.
  • Activities in between meetings.
  • Early start and late ending.

 

DONT’s

 

  • Changing of positions of PST.
  • Making Chief Guest/Speaker/Advisor at center.
  • Missing Vasavi Shloka & Vande Mataram.
  • Missing Recognition Gifts.

 

BANNED

 

  • Shawls/Khandwas.
  • Garlands.
  • Petas.

 

ALLOWED

 

  • Khandwa and Petas, if for an activity for everyone, and it should be everyone.
  • Flower Bouquets, Books, and Mementos are allowed.
