OBJECTIVE

Events help to encourage communication and engagement between members, or even to bring teams together for team-building or a big celebration, events can really help the organization to engage with its audiences.

SCOPE

Events Policy focuses on how all the events of WeVysya follows the same flow of events and to get an idea of what types of events are hosted under the name of WeVysya. Mission and Vision of WeVysya focuses on helping the arya vysya business owners and entrepreneurs to take their businesses to next levels and hence all the events of WeVysya will be focusing on:

POLICY GUIDELINES/PROCESS

TYPES OF EVENTS

Events can be Business events, Social events or a mix of the both and further can be virtual online events or physical offline events. Event can be a Global event, state level event, city level event or a house level event. All the members of WeVysya has equal opportunity to propose the events which they feel are beneficial to members. This will further be taken to execution in association with the respective leaders, following the hierarchy.

· Business Events: Events which focus on all round improvement of the businesses of WeVysya members and gives opportunity for more arya vysya entrepreneurs and business owners to join the family of WeVysya.

· Social Events: Events which focus on building inter-personal skills and the bonding between members and their families and also an opportunity of the arya vysya community to celebrate with the family of WeVysya and know more about Wevysya.

JUNE	Yoga Day Celebrations in all cities - State wise or Zone wise or House wise whatever is appropriate

SEPTEMBER	Big Visitors Day - State 2
